The discussion concerns sending American soldiers to Bosnia and Herzegovina, after many years of Serbian aggression against Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Biden is very clear on the side of the victims, against the aggressor: Young man is a war criminal. He's no better than Himmler, not even better than Goebbels. He's a war criminal! Karadzic is a war criminal. And I may add that Serbia's leader, Milosevic, is also a war criminal, although he is the only one not yet indicted.
