Former Archbishop for Kosovo Artemije dies, allegedly affected by coronary

One of the oldest former bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church has died. Before being fired, he was responsible for Kosovo. Artemije has died in an ambulance on the way to Belgrade, where he should be sent because his health condition has deteriorated.
Bishop Artemije had been elected bishop of Raska and Prizren in 1991, until 2010 he was fired after charges of abuse of office, illegal enrichment and addiction to rampant luxury.
In 2015 he had been expelled from the church.
He was replaced by Teodosije, who was appointed bishop of Raska and Prizren.
