He expressed disappointment with the outcome in Podujevo, and said further tests are needed that led to this loss, writes Periscope.
There's been a break-in with the electorate in a process somewhere. We'll see where the problems are.
Asked about the elections, he said they are optional.
He said, however, that the LDK had two candidates from its structures, making Speed Bulijqi part of it, which was until 2017. /Periscope
