When a few weeks ago the call was given to Vjosa Osmani-Sadriou to hand over one of her work as Chief Parliamentary and as a U.D. The presidency, beautifully many Albanians, was thrown into my throat like hungry hawks who no longer think of what they see before their eyes at the moment.

Now Mrs. Osmani- Sadri's infected and sick with Covid-19, which will force him to quarantine and isolate himself. The situation that makes it difficult or really impossible to fulfill one's obligations leaves the two most important jobs in the country.

I had called on Mrs. Osmani's morale- Sadriou precisely taking into account possible extraordinary situations such as the pandemic and the arrest of top foreign and parliamentary leaders. But many Albanians slammed Kosovo's imposed constitution on my face.

What does the Constitution now say, dear Albanians?

How should we act without the constitutional leader if Serbia attacks us these days of illness of the Supreme Commander of the Kosovo Protection Forces and the Speaker of the Parliament?

Kosovo's constitution must become Kosovo's. The state of Kosovo must become Kosovo. This case should serve as a turning case when Kosovo looks at and adjusts its documents for Kosovo.

The state of Kosovo, I am convinced, will find ways and shape, survive even without Mrs. Osmani- Get these difficult moments for the state and Mrs. Osmani-Sadriu.
