Abrashi, Hoti: Is any member of your party leadership being investigated?

Vetevendosje Movement MP Artan Abrashi says that whenever corruption, mind and vision is discussed, it goes to the government's multistory building. And according to him, the current government has no interest in fighting it, because it has tribal and party interests.

He during Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti's intervention in abolishing the anti-corruption task force in the Kosovo Police has asked the chief executive why he made that decision. Claiming that any members of his party leadership are being investigated.

According to him, the government has declared war on anyone who fights corruption, for which it added that without consulting anyone it has made a decision to abolish the task force within the Kosovo Police.

“In this sense, the extinction of such a task force without any preliminary analysis based solely on assumptions that this decision is unconstitutional, seriously violates institutional mechanization for fighting organised crime and corruption. So the government has decided to shut down institutional mechanisms for fighting crime as if this force was against constitutional”, Abrashi added.
