Police spokesman for the Gjakova region Nusret Djurkaj has confirmed the news.
“Rasti happened around 9:00 in the village of Rogovo in Gjakova. A 17-year-old has hung. He was found with no signs of life from his family who sent him to the hospital where doctors recorded his death”, Djukaj said.
