Couples who regularly had sex during quarantine were happier and were less likely to suffer from depression or anxiety. However, couples of <x0urretur” for intimate relations had 34% more likely to spend quarantine under stress.
These are the results of a study conducted by the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. Researchers surveyed 7 thousand Italians aged 33 for sexual life and mental health. They found that those who had a regular sexual life during the closure were less concerned, less depressed, and had happy relationships.
