Tome Gashi, O lawyer VL NLA received today a letter from Special Judge Nicholas Guillou, who has asked him if he receives any confidential information, as a file report that has been issued so far, to announce the specialised prosecutor.
In the letter Gashi published, it is evident that the French judge has requested from Gashi that none of this information be published, but that the same experts submit to the Special Prosecution.
I've been ordered, as representative of the KLA veteran organization of the 25 September 2020 date, which requires O VL- The NLA informs the Specialised Prosecutor's Office whether you receive any confidential or non-public information of TFHS, SPS or Specialised Chambers and not share any of these confidential material”, Gashi has indicated.
Gashi has now said that this “-mail”, which he received from the French judge, testifies that the resulting files are special.
In addition, he has added that it is not under special jurisdiction to deal with issues that do not concern the war period, and in such a situation, Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucati must be released immediately from prison.

The Special Court needs a bit of discipline and not showy, as did Mr. Nasim Haradinaj and Mr. Get in the Gushati.
After last night's refusal to invite, only with one phone call, no clarifications, what they're inviting us to, and what I and Mr. Klink has refused to go to Eulex police headquarters in Fushe Kosova.
After my insistence on a meeting with special prosecution investigators, or Special Court officials, meet at the offices of the KLA OVL, or my office, and after their refusal today I have received an email from Special Court Judge Mr. Nicolaus Guillou released with the request of peocorist Jack Smith with whom:

This decision is trying to legitimise the arrest of the president and vice president of the KLA OVL, which proves that publishing the documents thus far is Special Court.
Gucati and Mr. Haradinaj has been arrested on the 25th of September 2020, the Special Court has mandated only for war crimes and other crimes period 1998 HINA 2000
Since the decision is September 25th, 2020, while the arrests are carried out on September 25th. Holding Nasim Haradinaj and Gucati is illegal and they must be released immediately.
By September 25th, publishing documents from OVL-KLA cannot be considered illegal.
The Special Prosecutor in Hague has to investigate himself and the Special Court, how these documents came to be.
The passage of these documents by the Special Court/Procuror shows how serious this court is and this prosecutor accuses only KLA members, but does not accuse his own officials of scandal created by themselves.
