Former political prisoners seek to prevent unilateral special injustice

The association has invited its members and concerned citizens to refrain from uncontrolled actions and statements and not to allow themselves to slide or retreat to the dangerous pitfalls of the specific anti-Albanian war.

Special Justice A total injustice

Exhausted by the inflammatory measures and the devastating consequences of Pandemia and by the widespread political, economic and social crisis, Kosovo citizens have long been concerned and troubled even with the various challenges and fights of diabolic dialogue allias type:”Delja and wolf...”

As if that isn't enough, our people are tasked every day, even with scandalous developments by so-called “Chambers specialised for war crimes”, which, how many years they hold Kosovo hostage and have chosen this very heavy context, to scale and complicate even more of the year-long campaign of discredition, demonstration and, practically, punishment and a priorory punishment and exclusive of members of the Kosovo war and especially protagonists and the head of the Kosovo Liberation Army...

On the same day, they were sent to The Hague, in front of the war crimes court, the chief of U n Agim Ceku's Ceku Ceku and one of the leaders of the KLA Veterans' Concerns Nazim Haradinaj. The day before the trial was brought to trial by warrior Sali Mustafa, one of the security force officials, while the Chairman of the Gucati Association and others, wait when they will face the court.

For the former political prisoners, it is surprising and unintelligible to select the first targets, on the one hand a former political prisoner, as a minor, of eighty years, the son of a persecuted, persecuted and martyred family, and, on the other hand, a career soldier with a valued and decorated experience as glorious, in the war in Croatia...

The Association of former Political Prisoners has long since withdrawn, warned of the danger of ignoring the numerous special war against Kosovo, past and future, but, unfortunately, our remarks and suggestions, not only have they not been taken into consideration, but, rather, they have been ignored, and they have been misunderstood by evil and maliciously interpreted, even by those who surrendered and targeted as the object of the projected shocks, even when the time has witnessed our righteous recommendations and the consequences of gravely representing Kosovo's diplomatic statements.

Current developments about the so-called “specialised chamber”, (which is, not by chance, being called “Special Courts...” because it is functioning” de facto” like the Special Court!) are just one of the evidence of the unmarked pathology that has paralyzing Kosovo and its fragile citizenship, has significantly damaged international reputation and credibility in the image of the state perspective of Kosovo and its Republic.

Years ago, the Association of Political Prisoners addressed the Kosovo political head with warning and warning of “... the consequences and risk of underestimating and neglecting interventions and obstructive challenges and diversifications of Serbian revanstation and the mentors of their friends, against the fragile Republic of Kosovo and Albanians generally.

The inferior and disassembled approach, without responsibility and blind, servile, undignified principle does not contribute to either deregulation, democratisation and integration, nor to reconciliation and normalisation of internal and external reports, nor to fair and lasting peace. On the contrary. Free seizures don't satisfy chauvinism, but they add appetite...

After the “fact-intelligible “self-primoristic criticism of the liberation war and the leaders of the liberation war through scandalous and curative self-foundation of the so-called “special judicial domain”, which was being designed and formed really as a special anti-Albanian Court, still without starting the job, condemns and damages the image of Kosovo and all the Albanian nation. As long as the prisons of Serbia and The Hague are being cleared of those slightly tried and easily convicted of genocide crimes, Kosovo prisons are full of jailed freedom fighters, among whom there are no doubt many prisoners and convicts without any grounds.

Those who at other times spoke of looking forward, peace and reconciliation, and respect for human rights are now making a difference by scheming and manufacturing artificial political, criminal and moral processes, even violating the principle of presumption of innocence and by discrediting and diluting morally, in advance and with media campaigns, typical of special war as well as figures, until yesterday, from the most respected...”

The Association of former Political Prisoners does not intervene in the field of justice and separately in the process of separating justice from authorised judges. Former political prisoners, as well as in cases where they themselves are convicted, do not oppose justice, but oppose injustice and selective and exclusively one-ethnic justice.

We cannot help but challenge the basis and source of incriminating factography with so many frarant falsehoods that have clearly been taken from Serbia's propagandistic panel of special war against Kosovo and liberation war. How is it to understand the occasional publication of lists of Albanian incriminating from various large Serb sources that made such files against NATO's political and Usharac leaders and its member countries, without ever being troubled, such as these days, nor the publication of incriminating and various witnesses with numbers and no numbers and names and no names?...!

There can be no objection to Kosovo's provisional and publicisation campaigns for discrediting and compromising the almost entire duty of the Kosovo Liberation War, which is practically not just punishment and moral punishment, but which is “ ” and criminal punishment and aprioristic punishment, which is the deliberate presumption of guilt and violation with both feet of the judicial principle of presumption of innocence. How can the treatment with two different and very opposite quotas be understood, unlike witnesses or denounciators, who may also be ordered and instrumentalised, and quite otherwise, of the incriminating, that, “yre” are innocent until the guilty are declared innocent and can prove in court of innocence, as has happened in some of the similar incriminating cases of the known KLA military.!

We cannot prove with concern and even object to the fact that all of this injustice occurs as a setup, just when the so-called problem dialogue, technical and political time, between newly released Kosovo and the invading de-structive and re-vanassist Serbia, while among the orstrophists and incriminators there are active protagonists of Kosovo's political and diplomatic representation, and the process designed can be a factor, inimigation, intimidation and blackmail. Surprisingly, something like that does not happen with Serbia, but there is no doubt... that it has greatly abandoned the Serbian negotiating side.

We cannot help but challenge what we've already argued that in the initiative, such unjust, exclusive non-Kosovo justice as court and exclusive Albanian as target, and, as it seems, even exclusive to approach, is imposed only on Kosovo's much-suffered and martyred, and not on the surrounding countries and also the victims of Serbian hegemonism, and even, they're not imposing themselves on Serbia, the package factor responsible for all these wars and the greatest part of the crimes committed in all of these and atrocities!

We cannot help resist the failure of the fresh fact of publication, from Serbian official sources, from official names of former Serbian regime officials, and, currently, official holders of official positions, with detailed details of time, country and perpetrators of crime, as the case of the cruel execution of all innocent citizens, along with the prominent leader of the Albanian Liberation Movement, Professor Uksin Hotin, shortly after the completion of prison sentence and official release from prison... It could not be rejected not only by Serbian justice but also by international justice, as if nothing had happened, even for cases still untreated and unproceded, even though important facts and evidence have been published about the murders of important personalities such as Xavit Haziri, Prof. Fehmi Agan, Dr. Sapphire Shala, Prof. Latif Berisha, Prof. Bardhil Chaushi, Agim Hajriz, Bajram Kelmendi with two boys, and how many similar cases?

And not only that! Not by chance, tens of hundreds have not yet been brought to justice by the tens of hundreds of cases of proven and verifiable collective and monstrous massacres of Albanian families or of crowds of expelled or kidnapped by violent military and chauvinist killing formations. Even genocide crimes continue to remain untreated as massacres of hundreds of political prisoners in the Dubrava Prison, or the unprecedented state crime of organised distribution of thousands of innocent, living and massacred civilian citizens, in collective graveyards or in factory ovens and furnaces, lost traces and hiding the truth of genocide and monstrous treatment of hostages and, according to all likelihood of their troops and bodies before and after their cruel murder...

Such crimes and atrocities are ignored and tolerated, even when their unchanged actors and responsibilities, not only show no remorse and repentance, but rather deny past crimes, openly manife the thirst and willingness to repeat such crimes even in anticipation of the evental case in the future.

On the other hand, on the other hand, an effective enigmatic team of special police, to be forced into the offices of the Veterans' Association, the Inalids and the families of martyrs, and, in the presence of veterans and other citizens, to arrest in a harsh and spectacular manner, the head of the War Veterans' Association, the disabled and the disabled, with the pretext that they have mismanaged the challenge of the mysterious and the alleged mysterious office of specialised rooms, brings to the office of veterans, from unidentified people, even with provocations and debates, because he has expressed unconventional talk and discourses in the press, because he has been dissecuted by unremitting remarks, and discussions....

We may not agree with a hasty, effective statement and some reckless act, but we cannot be solidified with the Veterans' Association and its leaders, imprisoned with such a fuss and show, with questionable excuses and perhaps even deliberately devised by the evil segments of special warfare. Can't justify the theatre's imprisonment of war veterans for some sort of verbal evental slip orally ill, but without such guilt, which would justify the arrest of public armour, so brutal and disrepute, and not a bit of iremitative.

The association of former Kosovo political prisoners has been analysed in the process and continues to engage against politically motivated imprisonments and because of thought and free speech. In that spirit, we seek the release of directors of the Association of Liberation War Veterans and the revision of the entire guise of initiation and insinuation with Malaysian political motives and tricks of special propagandistic and revolutionary warfare.

We believe a lot in the values of democratic and Euro-Western justice, but this inequity that has been imposed does not spread out and promises justice with democratic values and no European values. So we knock on the moral conscience and professional principle of the law and humanitarian community in Europe and the world, with a demand for commitment to prevent the phenomenon: Special justice imposed as a gross injustice.
