Kosovo police have reported that they have arrested a person last night who allegedly along with two others, using the state treasury of the Republic of Kosovo, has transferred money worth over 2m euros.
Through the 24-hour report, police have suggested that it is the deadlock of accounts after allegedly having transferred some of the money abroad.
