After the ceremonial part in a brief conversation with Cortizo, Telaku expressed Kosovo's readiness for deepening co-operation between Kosovo and Panama, as well as for advancing bilateral relations in all areas of common interest.
For his part, Panama State head Laurentino Cortizo Cohen welcomed the Kosovo diplomat in her mission in this country and expressed readiness to co-operation in all areas.
He also congratulated the Kosovo diplomat and Kosovo on the agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia in Washington in September this year.

Ambassador Telaku handed the credentials to Panama President Laurentino Cortizo Cohen
Ambassador to the Republic of Kosovo in Panama, Mrs. Heroina Telaku handed her credentials Monday to the president of the Republic of Panama, Mr. Laurentino Cortizo Cohen.
The solemn delivery ceremony of credentials has been held at Panama Presidential Palace “Las Garzas” with a reception of the ceremonial guard. Attending this ceremony was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Panama, Mr. Alejandro Ferrer.
After the ceremonial part, which was different this time because of the pandemic situation, in a brief conversation with President Cortizo, Ambassador Telaku conveyed the greetings of the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Hashim Thaci, along with thanks for the support and co-operation Panama has offered Kosovo over the years.
Ambassador Telaku expressed readiness by the Republic of Kosovo for deepening this multi-pronged co-operation between Kosovo and Panama, as well as for advancing bilateral relations in all areas of common interest.
