The Health Ministry has reacted to the incident that took place today in the environment of this ministry.
Today, some health inspectors are allegedly having an incident with the minister, Andmend Zemaj, since he had refused the meeting and had even ordered them to leave the ministry's facility for two minutes.
All this happened because inspectors want to get involved in the emergency package and get 300 euros.
In this regard, however, the Ministry of Health reacted by saying that this has not happened and that Minister Zemaj has been at a meeting with some representatives of the Health Inspectorate, but others have not been at the meeting, so they have not been involved and has not been on the next meeting's agenda.
The fact is that in the morning hours of today, while Minister Zemaj was performing his regular affairs and had other parties scheduled for meetings, two health inspectors (N.K. and B. V) by misusing the Health Insulting card, unannounced by the Cabinet from its top inspector, they have come to the Ministry's Cabinet, directly obstructing the minister, with a 300-euro payment requirement they have requested from the Ministry of Health. Since the same has neither had a scheduled meeting nor permission from the Chief Inspector to address this topic, the minister has not been able to wait at the meeting because there have been predetermined meetings and other agenda”, it says in response.
MSH's full response, without interference:
In terms of claims by two health inspectors for allegedly threatening and insulting them by the Ministry of Health, the Health Ministry explains that Minister Armend Zemaj has not even had a working agenda today with health inspectors, nor has he threatened or offended any health inspectors.
The truth is, in the morning hours of today, until Minister Zemaj was doing his regular work and had other parties assigned for meetings, two health inspectors (N.K. and B. V) by misusing the Health Insulting card, unannounced by the Cabinet from its top inspector, they have come to the Ministry's Cabinet, directly obstructing the minister, with a 300-euro payment requirement they have requested from the Ministry of Health.
Since the same has not had a scheduled meeting or permission from the Chief Inspector to address the subject, the minister has not been able to wait at the meeting because there have been predetermined meetings and other agendas.
This violation of hierarchy and responsibilities at work and their intervention in the work of the minister, Minister Zemaj has denounced him to the Chief Inspector in order to take disciplinary measures under the Law for Health Inspectorate.
For public information, one of these two inspectors during the pandemic era has been fired for health reasons and has carried out no inspection concerning Ovid-19.
While, in terms of non-involvement of health inspectors in the 300-euro extension, according to the Health Law and Health Inspectorate, Health Inspectorate is the MS administrative body, while inspectors are not classified among health professionals.
