Below, there are some common mental - health myths that must disappear!
If nobody notices you're depressed, then you should be fine: GREAT!
Some people are simply able to disguise it better than others. If you keep getting 10s, maintain a social presence, or act like everything's going well, that doesn't mean you're not depressed. It's how you feel inside, which matters most.
#2 ) Abandoning a depressed friend is okay: E V TRUE and GREAT!
You have to take care of yourself, so if a friendship is affecting your mental health, then you may have to retreat, but that doesn't mean you leave completely. You can take a temporary step back to restore your mood.
Some of the friendship is to be there when someone is going through a hard time, but do not bear that responsibility alone. Even a therapist asks someone for advice!

It's almost never the case that a suicide is the result of one thing, and most people being harassed, don't kill themselves.
However, a serious harassment may be the last, after a series of bad things, leading one to think or even commit suicide.
There is no doubt, however, that being the target of the budgeters damages your mental health, so if you have felt similarly exposed, do not suffer in private. Find someone you can talk to, seek help, and do not be ashamed to accept help. Also, if you see someone being harassed, talk!

Experts agree that emotions are, to some extent, contagious. So spending time with someone who is depressed can make you feel depressed. However, this does not mean that and you will get “clinical depression”, as you can get a flu or an infectious virosis.
