Kosovo makes decisions: Germany's citizens cannot enter the country without test PCR

From now on, even Germany's citizens will not be able to enter Kosovo without possessing a test PCR-Negative. After increasing cases with COVIED-19 over the past few days, this country has joined the list of high - risk countries. In addition to Germany, three countries [...] have been added to this list.
In addition to Germany, three other countries have been added to the list, causing the number of high - risk infected countries to reach 24.
Based on recent updates, the states which Kosovo considers at high risk of infection are: France, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Czechia, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Austria, Hungary, Ireland, Slovakia, Denmark, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Malta, Iceland, Cyprus and Liechtenstein.
All these countries have over 120 cases of infection in 100,000 inhabitants, which make them part of the list of high-risk states.
Meanwhile, states whose residents are allowed to enter the country without possessing such a test are: Sweden, Greece, Norway, Finland, Latvia and Estonia.
And the way a country is decided to have high risk of infection, the Health Ministry has detailed.
This institution has declared that Kosovo operates on the basis of the list published on the European Centre for Prevention and Disease Control website (ECDC) -- the list that is constantly updated.
The “List is published on the ECDC website and is also carried out in Kosovo. High risk countries are considered with more than 120 cases of infection in 100,000 residents”, the ministry has declared./Gazza Express
