Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has been asked today in Tirana for dialogue with Serbia, namely the conditions Belgrade is making for discussing the topic of Association.
Hoti has reiterated his position that this issue is closed topic, and that the status of association should be according to the Kosovo Constitution.
According to Hoti, association is Kosovo's state duty ratified in the Assembly.
“Association is the closed topic of the 2013 agreement where constitutional standards that the statute should be in line with the constitution are set. It is Kosovo's state-run duty ratified in the Assembly”, he said.
