Such a statement has taken place during a debate that has taken place with an organisation of Serbs living in the United States of America, writes Kosovo Online.
The “will initially create conditions for progress in the economy in the Western Balkans region, then deal with political issues”, the American emissary was quoted as saying.
This statement by Green comes after the 4 September developments in Washington, where Kosovo and Serbia agreed to normalise economic reports.
Green had earlier said that America would deal only with economic problems between Kosovo and Serbia, and that the European Union would deal with the political part.
