In a document that has provided Periscope, Citaku urges President Thaci to withdraw from the US diplomatic mission.

Citaku was willing to leave her post as ambassador even when the initiative for her withdrawal was taken by former Foreign Affairs Minister Glauk Konjufca.
At the time, she declared that she did not want to become “mish for top” in the political struggle between the presidency and the government (led by Albin Kurti).
Citaku has enjoyed over-party support in Kosovo because of the good and worthy presentations he has had in Washington.
