For one reason or another, however, there are people who cannot consume the fish nor want to try it. On the other hand, it is recommended that at least once a week our tables have fish because of its impact on the human brain.
What should those who have eaten know that they will never eat it?
Don't panic. Many people are vegetarian, while others live in a part of the world where there is no fish, so what you should do is replace it with other foods.
Just eat nuts and seeds to feed your brain and strengthen your memory.
Omega-3 prevents diseases such as Alzheimer's and also protects us from heart problems. However, this element is also found in nuts, chia seeds, or other supplements. It is good to keep your food food from missing, so try again.
