Robin Hanbury-Tenison is 84 years old, and five months ago he was infected with Corleone, then doctors told him that the hope of living is only 5%.
However, the 84-year-old man not only managed to defeat Covid-19 but now has the strength to climb 420m in harsh, unfriendly weather.
He's collecting money to help finance an Intensive Care Garden at the Royal Cornwall Hospital.
Mr. Hanbury-Tenison was one of the first people to be infected in March and his health deteriorated.
The garden at the Pigiford Hospital in Plymouth, where he spent five weeks in intensive care, helped to heal him therefore and Robin wants to collect money to build a garden at Royal Hospital.
I opened my eyes, saw the rays of the sun, saw the flowers, and that was when I knew that my life was saved, by the healing power of nature”- he said.
