The departure of doctors to Western countries, Zemaj vows that no one will remain unemployed anymore

Health Minister Armenmen Zemaj, at the Parliamentary Commission for Health, is reporting on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, but also the health situation as a whole.

He was deputy chairman of this commission, MP Haxhi Avdyli from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), who has asked Minister Zemaj about the employment of specialists and the health budget issue.

Hearts on this commission have said that there are 100 unemployed specialists, but that according to him, it will be a priority to employ doctors and specialists, since, according to him, many have even fled to Western countries because they have been unemployed.

Minister Zemaj has also said that a new regulation for health servants is being prepared and that the adoption of this regulation will be a priority of the Government of Kosovo.

There is no greater commitment than the commitment of 1500 new specialists or 100 new doctors. We have 100 unemployed specialists. We're awaiting new regulations for health servants. And the government will have its approval priority. The first competition to be the employment of unemployed specialists will be. Some of them have fled to Western states, but the remaining ones will hire them. If he decides that no doctor will remain unemployed anymore. This relates to budgetary demands. Budgetary requirements are on the rise, and this also requires co-operation with the Ministry of Finance and we are in talks.
