American Embassy in Kosovo: LGBTI rights to be included in the Civil Code

“Kosovo is drafting the Civil Code for the first time? What should it look like? We believe it should be comprehensive and there must be laws that protect the interests of all citizens, including the rights of marginalised communities and the ties of the same gender that are guaranteed by the Constitution”, the Embassy's response said.
