Facial hydration Only
We all know we need to hydrate our face in the morning, but we forget that the neck section also needs hydration. Dr. Oz also recommends hydration of the neck area daily because it eliminates wrinkles, increases flexibility, and pigmentation.

Fretting Wet Hair
Fretting wet hair is not a good idea, says Dr. Oz. Hair tends to break faster when brushing wet, so dry it out with dryers or towels before brushing!

Get out of bed right away.
Jumping out of bed as soon as you wake up, it's not good for your body. This action can lead to reduced tension, dizziness, and sluggishness. Try to give yourself some time before you leave bed... until the second alarm bell.
