One of these women is 35 years old, Marigona Beadini. She's been showing reasons for the small number of women in the police force.
“The schedule is originally very flexible. We're at work all the time. There's been an example of us that we stayed until 10:00 p.m. Until 12 p.m. or we've been through the whole until tomorrow. It's never a fixed time for days. At first, what's harder for women, even for women who are married to families is a little bit more challenging, even though we have colleagues who handle the hard work. Then there is physical training. We think we can't make it, but I had invited it and proposed it to all women who know themselves at least physically little prepared and strong, is the unit that is more than more experienced in the entire Kosovo Police Organization”, Marigona says.
The newspaper has carried out a report with this unit's police, Marigona Beadini. It has shown the most difficult experiences that have now faced six years in the police organisation.
