If there's something I've learned all these years of training and careful food is that the body can speak and communicate. When it's good and when it's bad, when it's tired and when it's got maximum power and skill, it gives us little signals, which is up to us to learn, listen, and understand.
Our bond with him becomes stronger if we take care of the regime and the food we receive. Fruits and vegetables of the season, less processed foods with less canning and dyeing. It's like beautifully arranged words, but that's not all. So simple is the secret of a good body - food.
All this regime becomes difficult to respect in the winter season when we need more energy and food because the body needs help to cope with its new atmosphere conditions. In winter season, we tend to stay more at home, cook dishes, and recipes, thus encouraging the trend to eat and get more calories. The attraction of warm foods such as soups, cereals, horrors, or the attempt by couch in the kitchen or refrigerator increases, as well as our pounds. An innocent chocolate that stays three seconds in its mouth turns into its biggest enemy by spending three months in the butt.

But then what can we do to stay as strong as possible and not suffer so much in the spring when we return to the gym (if we return )?
To begin with, we have to be positive because we Albanians are lucky. In Albania, we are blessed by many sunny days that help us to produce vitamin D and thus feel less sad and frustrated, and therefore we do not need to choke on the sadness of food.
A good advice is just care during the changing days of the years, during which we are most fed by taking up often and quickly up to six pounds [2 kg], which for the above reasons are more difficult to remove. Eat less calories and a lot more protein that makes you feel satisfied. Take some snacks with you, even at work, so that you can bite some food during the day, but check it out so that you don't try to buy any more calories. Try to stay active, and push yourself to do work on foot even when it is cold. Only the first moment is hard and perfect. Once the cold wind touches your cheeks by giving you a midia boot, you'll realize you've done the right thing. Try to lie to your body with teas, fluids, or long conversations with friends or meetings in order to get rid of that hunger that grips you.
So this new decade, be like the women of birth eating small portions in their dishes, be like French women standing off the table all the time hungry, don't hand over extra food and weight to feel guilty in the hours and days ahead. Calimize your patience with the new regime you start today, not Monday.
