This money will help rebuild buildings destroyed by the earthquake.
Through the charity tour organised on January 10th to “Air Albania”, where veterans of Albania, Italy, Turkey and Greece met with a monetary amount for families affected by the most powerful earthquake in nearly 40 years in our country.
The announcement of the Albanian Football Union:
The Albanian professional football union reports the greatest satisfaction that it has completed the process of obtaining revenue from the sale of tickets to the friendly tour that we held this January in the framework of raising funds for charity with the aim of helping the community affected by the heavy earthquake that fell to our country November. The total amount obtained by those who were present that day in the stadium is 5,591,775 new ones. Wanting to thank once again that part of the public that felt it and stayed that day on the scale, a warm thank you goes to all the counterparts who came and participated in it, as we should thank all the former national lotaries who contributed to this event at their own expense and we sue the Albanian Football Federation that enabled the facility to offer a very comfortable evening.
The Football Union wants to inform all public opinion that transparency regarding the funds will be a major obligation of our own, and in the coming days we will officially inform where the area and specifically in which the building will help rebuild or rebuild different reconstruction.
Knowing very well that maybe the lack of experience has made us not exultant in this first organization, we imagine that we will be more and more careful not to produce controversy and discussion, but at one time we seek out of all of you more well in view of the last time we were there to give and to contribute to a part of the people still suffering and dying, which caused disaster of nature.
God bless us.
