According to preliminary figures, Daimler is expected to post profits, ahead of interest and taxes of 5.6 billion euros for 2019, nearly halved a year ago, following the ongoing issue scandal.
According to a company statement, additional expenses for government and judicial procedures and measures related to Mercedes-Benz oil vehicles in different regions and markets are not included in this figure.
