Nezir Mehmetaj from the village of Rudica in Kline, on Friday has been banned by Serbian police at the border checkpoint at KHerdare.
His family has made the case known.
Neziri lives 25 years in Switzerland, and had been on vacation in Kosovo, but because his mother was sick, he had gone to Belgrade to do his tests.
As he returned to Kosovo, he was detained at the border by Serbian customs officers, telling him he is on the list stop.
With him in the car was his mother and a cousin, both of them have been released.
Neziri, through a message, has told his family that they are sending him to Belgrade, yet nothing else knows.
Nezir Mehmetaj's family has appealed the country's institutions to take measures to understand the reason for Neziri's ban.
