This law enables qualified workers in professional education from states outside the European Union (third) to easily emigrate to Germany.
A.S., 25-year-old lawyer at the Law Faculty at “Kadri Zeka” of Gjilan, along with her fiancé, as well as jurists, are awaiting implementation of Germany's law about immigration the workforce qualified to apply for work in this country.
A.S. She and her fiancé are planning to start a new life in the German state.
