We know that the visa process is complex, and the visa decision can deeply affect people's lives. We take these decisions very seriously, says the explanation of the German Embassy at Twitter.
We remember that over 50,000 Kosovars apply for visas each year at the German Embassy in Kosovo.
The process for visa liberalisation for Kosovo has been postponed year-on-year, since the European Union has considered the country has not met all criteria for liberalisation.
