United Kingdom Ambassador Nicholas Abbott is viewed by Periscope before Kosovo's entry into the presence of EU Mission chief in our country, Mrs. Natalia Apostolova.
Not seen anywhere is American Ambassador Philip Costnet.
It is not known why ambassadors are so divided about the meeting in question, and why Mr. Abbott with Mrs. Apostolova's not getting into a meeting.
