According to PZAP, this is done in order to inform opinion of the campaign of political subjects, their candidates, members of political subjects and their supporters, which begins tomorrow and ends on October 4th.
The conference will be held first by 10:30.
Different, PZAP is the independent institution responsible for deciding complaints and appeals concerning the election process.
