Shala: Part of northern police report to Serbia

Shala in the Kosovo Clan Electoral Zone even said some of them reported to someone other than Kosovo institutions.

“We can say that in northern Kosovo are internal security institutions, police and AKI operate in that part. We can't say that there are no security institutions in that area or that part is free and they do whatever they want to have”.

We've made the reconscript from an organization that was earlier installed in the north, we called the Bridge Guards. They're still influenced by mechanisms or by Serbia and we can say those policemen are in Kosovo uniform, but reporting, probably doing so formally to our institutions but are in Serbia's service. It's heavy but it's something true”

He said that part of the northern police co-operates with smugglers of that part, which he says also shows recently realised arrests.
