University researchers have shown that the best exercise to lose weight is aerobic exercise.
Otherwise known as cardio, this type of exercise seeks to increase heart pulse and breathing, and exercise stimulates the heart to pump more blood.
Scientists have shown that those who perform aerobic exercise may lose up to six pounds [2 kg] more than those who exercise force.
However, it is important to point out that those who exercise force add fat - free mass but that increased muscles do not penetrate fat.
So cardio exercise actually helps you to lose more fat in your body.
