The Obilic municipality has reacted, saying that the situation created in the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), smoke from all smokeers, as well as noises from all technology and as ongoing tests, have already become unaffordable to all residents of the municipality and with particular emphasis on the inhabitants of Dardhisht village, Hade, Lajthish and Palaj, who feel secure and damaged by dust.
The municipality says that because of its failure to comply with the Obilic Law, for the creation of a generation of security, this has now been created where Obiliki, Plemetiin and almost all the territory of the municipality of the noise created in the TC “Kosovo B”, and these days have increased smokeers with constant smoke and dust, and life is even more difficult, and this is constantly cited by the leadership of the municipality by recalling even the operator's obligations from the Obilia Law.
“The municipality's continued responses to KEK, as well as appeals to the concrete responsibility bodies of the MPH, as if they have encountered deaf ears and have forgotten their obligations to the community in which they operate, obligations referred to by the laws in power of the Republic of Kosovo. So even today, the municipality of Obilics seeks assistance from the Government of Kosovo, responsible by its Ministry of Planning and its relevant departments dealing with these sensitive issues”, the municipality's response reported.
