The Kosovo Judiciary Council (KGJK), under the leadership of Chief Chief Chiefs Skender Chocaj, has held extraordinary meetings today in connection with the arrest of the State Crime Department judge at the Constitutional Court in Pec, Sali Berisha.
The council approved W. D Chairman of the Foundation Court in Pec Sami Shadaku for suspending the post of Judge Sali Berisha.
KDP, expresses concern over this case and also readiness to support the justice system's responsible bodies in further procedures.
Meanwhile, Kosovo police earlier through a communique for the media have indicated the reasons for the arrest of Judge Sali Berisha.
He allegedly received a total of 60,000 euros from the victim in a criminal case.
