Haradinaj remembers the massacre in the Upper Arbri: The Price of Freedom Was Expensive

Outgoing Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, on the 21st anniversary of the upper Arbell mask, recalled members of the Deliu family who were brutally killed by Serb invaders.

Haradinaj said the price of freedom was expensive, and the eternal memory of the fallen is a call not to forget and establish justice.

We humbly remember today members of the Deliu family, who were martyred on the foundations of Kosovo's freedom and state. In the Upper Abria, 21 years ago, one of the worst massacres on the civilian population was committed, sparing no one, not even the elders and infants six months old. The price of freedom was expensive, and the eternal memory of the fallen is an appeal not to forget and establish justice. Today, as always, we must unite to preserve the freedom we have earned with so much sacrifice. Eternal glory! ”, Haradinaj wrote.
