Referring to setting the agenda for Europe on enlargement issues -- Multi-year Financial and Brex Framework -- the German minister has been publicly declared that northern Macedonia and Albania have made real progress towards the EU.
But it has been the two ministers who have clarified the same position for the fact that these two countries need a reliable EU perspective and that they should start accession negotiations.
The EU is a peace project, both ministers and an economic locomotive have been declared -- a fact that is nowhere else more current than in the Western Balkans from Croatia, viewed as a bridge country in the region. /rtsh/
