FIFA has responded to the NFF through Deputy Secretary General Matthias Grafstrem.
Grafstrem in the letter sent to Federation Chairman Agim Ademi's address has turned negative answers, stressing that Serbian clubs have the right to play in the north.
“According to the 107th paragraph of FIFA statute, the fact that certain clubs in northern Kosovo currently play under the auspices of the Serbian Football Federation does not undermine the general organisational authority of the FFK on its territory. ”
In addition to FIFA Deputy Secretary-Secretary's letter, the FFK has to remove the request to security institutions for the Crvena Zvezda match and “Trepca” from northern Kosovo.
