CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi said political parties through their commitment should serve free, fair and democratic elections.
“During this time, the CEC invites political subjects and candidates to adhere to Kosovo's laws, as well as the CEC election rules, because only in this way would it contribute to a regular election process”.

He has clarified that in early fair voting elections, there are 1067 people, of them 343 women and 724 men.
“Earlier, the Central Election Commission (KQZ) has completed the process of certificate of political subjects in the race for the October 6th snap elections. So there are 25 political subjects, of them are 20 political parties, 4 coalitions and an independent candidate”.

Based on the final voter list, the number of voters is 1 937 868, while the CEC has decided to print 1801 800 ballot papers, that is 136 068 or 7.02 % ballots.
