The Speaker of the Lower Chamber was charged with showing a lack of respect for the assembly with his gesture at the time when MPs were debating the way Brex is prevented without agreement with the European Union.
Green Party Speaker Caroline Lucas criticised the chairman directly and in a harsh tone. She said: Much has been said about democracy and the chairman of the assembly, which I have to say has shown disrespect for the assembly and the people”.
She added that the mayor has been lying in the space for three people and is looking like he's hearing something boring.
