Since declaring independence around Kosovo has only been a state with letters. Why do I say that? Because a territory that carries the suit of citizenship must meet certain minimum criteria and guarantee some fundamental rights for its citizens:

1. System of justice: Law institutions must function correctly and any case of corruption and nepotisation should be tried. In Kosovo, justice institutions have been under policy influence. Even though there have been many relatives of corruption and nepotism, courts and prosecutors have not taken any action and have fairly legitimized these relatives. Therefore, the new government must first refresh the justice system as a whole, creating an impartial justice, which is in the service of citizens rather than party clans.

2. Foreign policy: Foreign policy is very important to our state because Kosovo as a new state promotes it in the international arena. We are all liars for our country's failure in foreign policy. Starting with lobbi, diplomacy with friendly states, failure for membership in international organisations and dialogue with Serbia. For this failure, they are guilty of political parties that have placed all their militants in high positions, who don't even care what foreign policy is and leave it. For these reasons it is no surprise when we fail to join an organisation, or when we are unprepared in the dialogue with Serbia. The reason is that people who represent us have been unprepared, including the prime ministers who have led the dialogue with Serbia. The new government should depoliticise the diplomatic body; by drawing all diplomats who bring us only scandals and instead send to diplomatic missions educated people who really know how to represent us. Only in this way would our country be represented in proper form, and each citizen would be proud of his country.

Creation of new jobs: During the elections, we hear promises that will develop up to 200,000 jobs. But after the election's end, educated and academicised people remain only simple private sector workers, while party militants who are not prepared occupy the best jobs by sending the state towards a collapse. Because in important positions unqualified people come is a great damage to the state. Such departments will always be free of nonprofessional work done by these militants. The new government needs to announce contests and, according to those contests, select qualified earners who do the work with professionalism and full moral responsibility. Only in this form does the state of Kosovo move forward by operating all government departments and state enterprises with concrete and precise plans, removing our state from the abyss it finds itself in.

Poverty and social schemes: In Kosovo, much of a concern is the poverty rate where part of the citizens live only at 1.5 euros a day, which is not enough to feed in the morning and not talk about the rest of the day. A large percentage of citizens depend on social schemes that are small enough for just a week to feed the family and not talk about the whole month. These citizens are visited by politicians only in campaign time, and they receive promises that never come true after campaigns. The next government should have a high priority on the poor class of our country, creating jobs and increasing social schemes so that citizens can cover all the expenses needed to have a normal life.

5. Education: We are all aware that education in Kosovo has degraded so much that it is very difficult to reform in a short period of time. This degradation is seen from basic conditions for schooling to student swimming. Work in education by the parties that will create future institutions should be sincere and consistent, until it falls into its tracks, this dictatorship as important and vital for any state that functions in a normal manner.

6. Health: Very often we are hearing cases of deadly diseases being diagnosed in time are completely curable. However, our hospitals are miserable, especially the central hospital QKUK, who is visited by politicians only in time of campaigning to take some photos and post it on social networks for like. While many treatments that are conducted in other countries even in local hospitals cannot be performed in our country even at the central hospital QKUK. Patients who are sick should leave for healing abroad often and at their own expense. One who does not have income should seek help instead of taking care of those patients. Also disturbing is the lack of sanitation in these hospitals, but even more disturbing is the lack of cancer drugs that the state should provide but we are facing lack of these drugs. And we all know that this disease doesn't wait so citizens have to buy these drugs themselves, which most of them are unaffordable for the citizenship pocket and patients have no choice but to call themselves death so that they don't endure this more torture. So when you vote; you have to ask that the new government invest in hospitals so that treatment can be performed at QKUK and provide drugs that are necessary for these patients.

These and many other reasons have led many citizens to avoid enduring poverty and to sense the lack of many basic livelihoods. Out of the inability to have a better life, they have decided to leave Kosovo either legally or illegally not to stay in this country, which does not guarantee the future and has no prospects for them and their children. Many citizens say I don't have to stand in the elections and vote because my vote is stolen; it is misused or and a vote is of no value. Some of the poverty is also forced to sell their vote, others listen to family members who have any personal interest in a candidate for an MP or even a party and are obliged to sell their vote. Some others vote on local grounds whether a candidate is of that party or whether a party has a bastion, one country they vote even though in past elections that person or party has done nothing for those citizens. So don't believe many promises; don't vote on party grounds just because you once voted that party vote again and your life doesn't improve. Look at every party's program, pick up the governing program that improves the above - mentioned spheres that guarantee a better life. Don't vote on those who promised them and lie to them. Don't trust them again in this campaign because they won't change, they can't fight the corruption they created and through it became rich. They say these people will fight corruption and nepotism is the same as I ASI means we will fight terrorism. So go massively to the elections! This is your chance! Every vote is counted! Don't look for reasons on election day and don't complain next four years! Think of the vote! Be part of the change to have a better life and have the basic conditions for a dignified life!
