Just a month after the terrible storm, which claimed the lives of seven tourists, the beautiful Halkidiki Peninsula in Greece, known and one of the Albanian favourite destinations, has been hit by an earthquake, causing panic again.
Greek media report that a 3.5-face earthquake on the Richter scale in the open sea of Halkidiki, a day ago, broadcast “Balkanweb”.
The temperature of the quake was 35 miles [35 km] southeast of Athos, and the depth was six miles [10 km] deep. The fatigue was felt in both Halkidiki and the islands of the northeast Aegean, but it caused no concern for locals.
