The dog of a Roma community man had eaten a chicken from another man in the Albanian community.
The latter, angry by such a thing, had killed his second dog, although the police do not specify in what way Periscope follows.
Both have been arrested by Kosovo Police, even though the motive for arresting the Roma community's husband is not known.
According to police, both men from the village of Sopot i Gjakova have been released in regular procedure. /Periscope
