Through a Twitter post, he reveals that Kosovo will not accept passports Russia has issued for residents of two cities in Ukraine.

Kosovo does not accept the so-called passports Russia issues to the citizens of Donetsk and Luhansk in Ukraine. Kosovo strongly supports Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Russia must stop illegal intervention in Ukraine and remove its troops from there” writes Pacolli on Twitter.
