Miftaraj growth LDK a and VVA: A word of advice without looking, Thaci can't be dismissed from the presidential post.

Officials of the Democratic League of Kosovo and Vetevendosje have begun publicly pledging to dismiss Hashim Thaci from the post of president of the country.
But, according to law affairs connoisseur Ehat Miftaraj, this cannot happen with the ways the LDK and VV are targeting.
Miftaraj has added that the president can only be dismissed by the Constitutional Court, if it is found to have committed constitutional violations, and if the president has authority, in terms of mental problems.
He has said that if the LDK and VV, they want to take any votes, they should do so by showing anything accessible and practical.

The president of the Republic on the basis of the Constitution is dismissed only if the Constitutional Court finds that the same had committed constitutional violations; and if the President of the Republic had a row, even if a medical commission found that the guy had a row.
