Health Minister Uran Ismaili has today inaugurated the transformation of the emergency service department at Gjilan Hospital.
An estimated 200,000 euros in renovation and medical equipment have been invested in this department to create a modern service that responds to citizens' demands.
During this department's inauguration, Minister Ismaili has said that all this investment has become possible thanks to the great fight against corruption, which has been fought during these two years in health.
“Today is another good day for health and our fight against corruption. We're in the Emergency Services Department at the Gjilan Hospital, where we recently invested about 200 thousand euros to transform this force”, Ismaili said.
Minister Ismaili has added that the citizens of Gjilan now have a modern service available that will respond to all emergency demands.
SHSKUK Director Basri Sejdiu has said that even this investment has been made in the continuation of improving conditions for health professionals and patients.
Gjilan Hospital Director Nisret Hajrullahu has said that patients now have a much better health service, and have thanked Minister Ismaili and Director Sejdiu for the great support to realise this project.
