Court in Skopje says Tomor Morina must surrender to Serbia

Thus the Skopje Criminal Court estimates that conditions regarding Belgrade's request for its extradition have not been met, Alsat-M reports.
The Court adds that the subject for further examination will be sent to the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, the detention measure against Morina will be valid until the Criminal Council's decision goes into effect.
Morina is currently held in custody in Shutka, who was arrested at the Blace border crossing because of Interpol's arrest issued at Serbia's request.
