The head of the Skyeraj municipality, Bekim Jashari, denied speculation that there has been any candidate offer as prime minister from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, or any offer to enter the party.
Jashari, in a proposal for Online Economy, says political parties should join for the sake of the country, as next year will be the final year of completing many open processes with Serbia.
“I have said that no offer for prime minister or enter the party has been offered for prime minister. I hope that we will go quietly and be unified, because it needs, because next year should be the final year of completing the open processes that a century with Serbia”, Jashar said.
Jashar also talked about early parliamentary elections that are expected to be held very soon, saying the political spectrum and political leaders must be united so that political processes can thrive.
“As a situation I can say that we are used to where we should often have elections almost every two years, there is a need for political spectrum, but the leaders of democratic parties to be unified”, Jashar added.
Days ago in the media, Bekim Jasharin's name was described as an opportunity for consensus candidate for prime minister from PDK ranks. But the PDK itself had responded to this news, saying it was false news.
