American Lottery is the annual dream of many citizens. The liberation of Tupi from the village of Zabzun was similar until it was declared a winner. But dreams become a nightmare if you try to lie to Americans or commit criminal acts like 36-year-old did.
After a several-month intensive investigation, the prosecution closed the investigation and sent Tupi the defendants to the tribunal along with a school principal who sealed fake documents and graduated, at a time the suspect had not attended high school in one day.
In documents signed by former school principal Dasher Hysa, who will be tried with the young man with forged documents, the fake high school student is described as learning hops and acting very well.
This high school degree, 36-year-old from Debar, has been presented to the American Embassy for the interview from which after the lottery he expected to be equipped with visas.
But in the meantime, obviously, the Americans had carried out their verifications, had gone to the village of Dorosh in Librazhd, to the school “Chiefs Dosk” and had contacted the professorial staff.
The discovery of the Americans was that the lottery winner had filed false documents.
In these conditions after seeing that his American dream was broken, the young man has decided to tell the truth. He has indicated that he needed a degree and that he met a citizen on Cavaja Street, who has paid 2,000 euros to get a confirmation.
Scientific police tell the prosecution that the stamp marks on high school confirmation belong to the school stamp, while Tupi did not result in a census index.
But the former principal of the school even the foolish defendant has declared that a young man had gone to his office and had asked for a note check, and he had given it to him after a verification in the separate register where he saw that citizen figured as high school student.
But the prosecution says the former director does not tell the truth and that the official has abused his duty by bearing the stamp outside the school and not putting in the number of confirmation protocols that were later brought from Librazhd to Tirana and sold for two thousand euros.
