The defendants are suspected that on August 21st, 2019, without authorisation they imported narcotics from Albania to Kosovo, with an antidrug unit being seized in the trunk of one of their cars found four sacks of marijuana, weighing 31 kilograms and 102 grams.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
